Designed to exceed your expectations and provide an exercise experience that will stir your mind, body and spirit, the fitness room features all the staples of a state-of-the-art fitness centre such as treadmills, bikes & elliptical cardio machines, selectorized strength and a free weight area, plus stretching area, ballet bars and full-length mirrors. However, to truly meet the needs of today’s educated exercise enthusiast, the room has also been equipped with a functional strength trainer and world’s first cardio functional trainer, the Crossover. The Anterior and Posterior FLEXability machines, simply by using just a few minutes each day, will provide results that can truly enhance the quality of your life.
