Destiny at Raven Woods is brought to you by the Takaya Developments group of companies. Takaya has built nearly 800 homes in the Raven Woods Community over the past 15 years including the Silver Georgie Award-winning Seasons as well as Legends, Windsong, Deer Crest, and most recently The Signature Estates. The Takaya partnership is comprised of the Tsleil-Waututh First Nation, Sligo Holdings and NSI Strategic Investments.

When the Tsleil-Waututh First Nation decided to transform the area into a truly exceptional residential community, it was integral that they preserved this natural setting. They turned to Sligo Holdings (part of the Kuok Group most notably known for developing The Palisades, The Residences on Georgia and managing part of the Shangri-La in Vancouver) and NSI Strategic Investments Ltd (Founded to create top-quality real estate developments in partnership with First Nations Bands).

Together, the partners that form Takaya Developments have realized their vision: to create of homes of the highest quality and innovative design, surrounded by the protected forests and great amenities of the North Shore.
